Coffee Morning Exhibition November 2009
HOMECOMING SCOTLAND - DUNNING

We didn't know how our exhibition would turn out when we first thought of asking members all over the world to tell us of their connection with Dunning, and about where they are now living. We needn't have worried. The response was well beyond our hopes and allowed us to set up an impressive display. Most of it is reproduced here in the hope that some of the contributors will recognise their own efforts.

And the visitors loved it! The hall was packed, and the display area crowded with people too interested to move on to the coffee tables, in spite of the goodies awaiting them there.

We also used the village hall's reading room which was celebrating its 100th birthday. Several people appreciated the peace and quiet while browsing examples of our older newsletters.
