This is a very small selection of the work produced by the school pupils especially for
the exhibition at the recent coffee morning. We wish we had room to display it all.

Sledging (21.3kb)

My Favourite Place

Laughter of children in the bright, warm sun,
Sliding down the slippery slide,
Flying high into the air on swings,
Autumn trees with coloured leaves standing
still in the day,
Screams of joy in the winter as the sledgers
zoom through the snow,
Spring buds open up and children go
round on the roundabout,
Birds singing delightfully in the fresh air,
Singing a welcome to the start of the year.

Church (12.8kb) swings (15.1kb)
Tractor (20.0kb)

Where is This?

Some people walk there in the summer
When the crops are ready
It has a farm and a field of sheep in
the background
Some people put flowers on it
Some people have picnics there
It is near woods on the main road
Lots of traffic goes past
It is a monument.

Trees (14.9kb)

My Favourite Place

The autumn leaves are falling in rainbow
colours all around you,
In the trees the birds are singing their gleeful
songs,
Squirrels are scuttling collecting food for the
winter,
The chilled breeze sweeps down your back and
makes you shiver,
The dew on the grass looks like crystals on
stands,
Sunlight comes down on the sparkling forest,
Where has the path gone?
It's covered in leaves so you can't see it.
